1. What data we collect

For our extension to work, you need to register. During registration, we request only the essentials:

• Required: email address, your name, country, and timezone.
• Optional: surname.

We also record search queries and unique websites visited by you or your child. Repeated visits to a site are recorded no more than once per hour.

2. How our artificial intelligence works (Your privacy)

We value your personal space, so we use our own, non-cloud AI.

• We don't read everything: Our AI does not read all websites, articles, or personal chats the user visits.
• Serverless search: First, the extension works absolutely locally right in your browser. It scans the page context for suspicious keywords without transmitting any data to our servers.
• Targeted analysis without saving text on the server: Only if the local algorithm finds potentially dangerous words, it takes a small piece of text with these words for analysis regarding real threats (fraud, gambling, suicide calls, or drugs). Important: we do not save these pieces of text on our servers at all. The server stores exclusively the ready explanation (conclusion) from the AI about the visited resource.

3. Why we save data and how we delete it

We do not store the collected source texts for our own needs. The AI explanation for the resource is saved exclusively so that in your personal account you can see where the child was and what threats they encountered.
For maximum security and efficiency, this AI explanation is also automatically sent via email to the user who created the account as a parent.
Additionally, your contact details are used by us only for communication with you, technical support, and collecting anonymized statistics of blocked sites to improve the service.
Important: We do not keep your data forever. The entire history of visits and search queries is automatically deleted. The storage period for this data is strictly limited and depends on your chosen subscription plan.

4. Data protection and transfer to third parties

• No third parties: We never pass your personal data to third parties. All information is securely stored and processed exclusively within AlionWeb.
• No tracking: We do not use cookies on our website.
• Security: To protect your data, we use modern technologies: reliable password encryption and SSL encryption for the secure transmission of any information.

5. Payment and subscriptions

To access AlionWeb's functionality, we offer 5 subscription plans: Trial (free 1-month trial period), Free, Start, Standard, and Premium.
Payment for paid plans occurs monthly or annually through the international and secure payment service Stripe. We do not store your bank card details — they are processed directly by Stripe according to the highest security standards. Please note that the subscription automatically renews, and no refunds are provided after the paid period begins.

6. Children and safety

There are no restrictions on using the service by children under 13, but we strongly recommend that parents personally monitor the operation of our extension on their children's devices.

7. Changes and contacts

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy, but we will never reduce your rights without your consent. We will notify you of all important changes via email.
